Boreal Crop Solutions is a regional agriculture group with 10 locations across the Prairies, headquartered in Regina. Founded in 2007, our farm and agronomy staff serve clients and customers throughout the region with a hands-on, locally rooted approach.

About the role

You'll run the day-to-day operation of the farm: planning crop rotations or herd management, scheduling and supervising workers, maintaining equipment and buildings, and keeping production records. You'll manage input purchasing, watch budgets through the season, and make the weather-driven calls on when to seed, spray, harvest, or hold. You'll report to the owner on production and finances and plan improvements year over year.

What you'll bring

You've worked your way up in farming and can manage both people and production. You understand agronomy or livestock husbandry, keep clean records, handle equipment and maintenance decisions confidently, and accept the reality that farm management means long seasonal hours and decisions made under uncertain weather.
